In our day to day activities we encounter people,
places and things that affect our Aura energy without us
realising its happening, or we don't give it a second thought.
Life around us has become hectic and people do not often take
the time to take a breath and be still and take note of how they
feel unless something unusual comes their way.
Have you ever met someone you have taken an
instant dislike to? Have you been somewhere you did not like
the 'vibe' of the place? Have you had the feeling you are being
watched and turn around to see someone looking at you? Have you
met someone and felt an instant attraction? Been somewhere and
loved the 'energies' of the place? This is because the person
or places energy has interacted with your energy and caused a
reaction.
If you learn to define your Aura field, you will
be in a position to more easily recognise what energies bad or
good are flowing around you and respond to them.
